Application
Cosmetics:
*Skincare products-emulsions and creams: Provide a soft feel. Recommended dosage: 0.5-2%.
*Deodorant and antiperspirant: Reduces stickiness. Recommended dosage: 0.5-2%.
*Makeup remover and shaving products: Recommended dosage: 0.5-2%
*Sunscreen products: Provides protection and waterproofing. Recommended dosage: 1-10%
Industry:
*Lubricant: As the base oil of high-grade grease, it is especially suitable for high temperature, high load or chemical stability requirements.
*Release Agent: Used as an efficient release agent in the plastic products (such as tires), rubber, polyurethane foam and metal casting industry.
*Defoaming Agent:
1) Petroleum industry: Used to remove drilling mud and foam in the process of oil and gas separation.
2) Sewage treatment: Effectively control the foam in aeration tank and other links to improve the treatment efficiency.
3) Food industry: Used as food grade defoamers in fermentation (such as wine making, monosodium glutamate production), sugar making, juice processing and so on.
4) Paper industry: Elimination of foam in pulp washing and black liquor treatment.
5) Chemical and pharmaceutical: Control of foaming in various chemical reactions, distillation, extraction and antibiotic production processes.
